Inspire is a very easy to use software platform that helps track Objectives / Goals and gives employees the ability to align up to the corp objectives. Recognition is easy to use. We used Fitbots as the OKR tool. We initially started it as a pilot and now we are evaluating to go full on it. It has been quite an experience working with the founders of Fitbot who not only bring a tool to you, but are well versed in the art of OKRs which helps drive significant value from the tool. The tool keeps our focus on the outcomes that we want to drive , and has been a significant help in creating the nudge that is needed to drive higher performance. There is something for everyone inside Inspire. I can set goals, collaborate, have quality conversations and celebrate success all in one place. Implementation was easy and fairly turnkey. There are lots of features available in Inspire that are all easy to use, intuitive, and helpful for staying organized, communicating with teams, setting goals/OKRs, and providing constructive feedback. Inspire is a great way to track progress of goals. It's very easy to have 1-1 conversations with your manager. The Performance Module allows you to easily review yourself - and give peers feedback with 360s. Inspire makes it easy to navigate through each step of the process.
