I have been a long-time user of Inspire and have come to appreciate the seamless process of goal alignment, goal tracking and shared goal understanding with my manager/peers. The ability to align my goals to the company objectives is a great feature. It is easy to see how my goals and the progress of those goals directly support the progress towards company objectives - my manager can easily see that progress as well so there is shared understanding of where I am and where I may be roadblocked.
