To get the BEST benefits out of Inspire, users should use this tool on a weekly (if not daily) basis. It helps aligning goals to roles and prioritizing tasks. Easy to look back and see progress and any roadblocks (to avoid in the future). This application is easy to use but also can have many options/features that can be customized to whatever your company needs to focus on. If you ever run into an issue, their customer support team is very responsive and helpful.

I love the weekly/daily planning and 1-1 tool that Inspire has. I use them daily. I also love the OKR module and how I can use it (with some help from AI) to help me create and align my OKRs with my company's goals. TL;DR - Inspire and the new AI assistant allows managers to focus on the employee and their development, rather than the administrative burden of writing performance reviews.

As someone who has managed teams for 15+ years, maintaining harmony between organizational goals and individual performance can often be difficult. Inspire allows people managers and organizational leaders to ensure alignment between the goals of the business and the IC; and with the introduction of the new AI assistant, it also ensures that all aspects of delivery and cross-functional feedback are seamlessly pulled into the overall performance review summary. This enables managers to spend quality time focusing on feedback for their direct reports, not only for the review period, but also for the upcoming periods (e.g. career development) - versus spending that time looking through documentation and other assets in an effort to recall details related to their employee's delivery. Inspire allows us to easily incorporate personal growth and goal setting into each team members business and personal objectives. I also appreciate that the learnings are generally brief so the modules don't necessarily require a lot of time to watch. this makes it easy for team members to engage in the learnings that are available. The only criticism i can offer and it isn't truly a negative is that the volume of content can sometimes be ovewhelming. My favorite feature in Inspire is the calendar and planning tool. It helps me plan my week and complete all my big rock tasks each day.
