What I appreciate most about Inspire is its commitment to fostering innovation and empowering individuals. The organization's focus on creating a collaborative and forward-thinking environment truly stands out, making it a place where ideas thrive and employees are inspired to contribute their best. What do you dislike about Inspire?

One area for improvement at Inspire could be enhancing communication channels between departments. Streamlining information flow and ensuring consistent updates would boost collaboration and efficiency. Additionally, implementing a test environment for new configurations is crucial for effective testing and development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One cohesive system for tracking employee goals and giving recognition."
5/5
What do you like best about Inspire?

I love that Inspire provides one centralized system for all employees to track and report on their goals. I also love that the same system can be used to publically recognize employees' efforts at all levels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inspire?

Because we have customized how we use Inspire, some things are not labeled what we internally call them, and not all labels are customizable. Also, I wish that Inspire's interface with LinkedIn Learning was more seamless - that we could browse the entire LinkedIn Learning library directly from Inspire. Finally, there are some aspects of Inspire that are not intuitive to our more infrequent users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool for tracking and managing OKRs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Inspire?

We primarily use Inspire's OKR (Objectives) functionality. It supports our OKR process nicely and is very easy to use. Our users are quite self-sufficient with very minimal training. The real-time reports are helpful and we use them in our monthly status updates. Love the hierarchy view. We like the ability for each user to customize their home screen, menus, etc. Implementation was quick and easy, and the Inspire team provided a lot of support to get us up and running quickly. Ongoing support has been helpful and responsive as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inspire?

We've found the downsides to be minimal. We don't use the system in exactly the way it was designed, so have had to come up with a couple workarounds related to corporate key results. Reporting can be a little clunky because the data model is built around the key results (lowest level of detail) so sometimes there's duplication of objectives, key results, and contributors on reports. Response from Nicole Corbett of Inspire

Tracy,

Thank you for taking the time to post a review for Inspire! I'll be discussing your feedback with the team as we continue to improve our reporting capabilities.

"Inspire: Elevating Your Team and Company's Objective Game"
5/5
What do you like best about Inspire?

Inspire is like nothing else out there when it comes to seamlessly integrating industry best practices for creating and achieving your objectives. Drawing from the best minds on leadership and OKR practices, it goes far beyond just tracking objectives to provide helpful and thoughtful guidance to help you and your colleagues create SMART objectives, identify and communicate motivation and challenges, discover and collaborate with similar objectives, and encourage and praise people on their journeys. It offers something for every stage in the objective journey, from creation to learning and tracking, one-on-ones with your supervisor, performance reviews, and recognition. It truly is a complete package like no other. In changing times where people are not face-to-face as much as we once were, this suite of fantastic tools helps bring back connection with others in the workplace. If you can think of improvements, you can submit your suggestions, and the team is always listening and willing to incorporate great ideas. Inspire is continually improving and adding smart new features, for instance, the recent addition of AI capabilities. There is too much to cover in a review, so you really just need to see and experience for yourself what Inspire can do to take you and your colleagues to the next level. What do you dislike about Inspire?

In some areas where it makes sense to, more live updates without refreshing the page would enhance the experience even more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Culture evolution toward a servant leadership style realizes team member satisfaction."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Inspire?

Weekly one on one check in. Learning how to use OKRs for goal planning and monitoring. Learning how to apply the right leadership approach based on a team members development levels. Learning related skills of listening and providing feedback. Seeing the level of trust increase though the use of the tools and techniques. Bottom line, I know my team members better and have been able to serve at a new level though the use of the Inspire tools and additional skills needed to deliver team member value.

The main culture change as a leader, is that it is my responsibility to develop and support my team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Inspire Review"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Inspire?

Keeping people aligned and united. The recognition piece really connects our people and having OKR's where you have visibility into other divisions that roll up to corporate goals is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inspire?

Just the adoption of a new system with things people are not familar with with goals and how they tie together made it a little challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great product for working with goals"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Inspire?

A lot of companies require employees to set goals and Inspire does a great job of really breaking the goal-setting process into discrete chunks that forces you to really think about your goals, how achievable they are, and what steps you'll need to take to achieve them over a given time period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inspire?

While Inspire does add more meaning to the entire goal process, sometimes it can feel like there's a bit *too* much overhead to deal with, to the point where as a user I sometimes felt like the goal process was more important than the goals themselves. It's a delicate thing to balance! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great system with good potential"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Inspire?

Inspire is user friendly, has good aesthetics and is easy to navigate. The dashboard is customizable with widgets which I appreciate. I enjoy the recognition portion and the ease of recognizing our employees and rewarding them for their hard work in a public (internal only) forum. Another function I sincerely enjoy is the Performance section, this allows me to have productive and guided conversations with my team and document goal progress, as well as clearly define and track expectations. There is a clearly outlined timeline that makes identifying deadlines and overdue items quickly. Goals are easily maintained and prioritzed on our dashboard for easy reference, overall, it's a great product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inspire?

As stated, its a great product, it currently offers good functionility, it's just somewhat limited. I have confidence in the program and their knowledgeable team and look forward to watching it grow as functionality is added and external sources are integrated.
