For installation projects, InspectSync tracks phases, punch lists, and crew hours against the original estimate in real time, surfacing budget overruns during the job rather than after. The contracts module automates recurring inspection cycles, renewal reminders, and contract-to-job scheduling. The billing module auto-generates invoices from completed jobs and syncs them directly to QuickBooks Online, Square, and Stripe — eliminating double data entry. The operations module covers inventory tracking across warehouses, vans, and job sites (with automatic deductions per job), vehicle fleet management with maintenance schedules and fuel logs, and time tracking with PTO accruals, overtime rules, and manager approvals. The analytics module provides real-time dashboards and AI-powered insights that surface trends, risks, and opportunities across the business. InspectSync integrates with over 3,000 third-party platforms — including QuickBooks Online, Square, Stripe, and existing CRM or inspection tools — with no integration fees.
