**What do you like best about Inspectorio?**

Adding and putting people who are part of a program/project into the loop and keeping all of them updated and accountable. It makes the information and accountability piece very easy.

**What do you dislike about Inspectorio?**

It's useful, but sometimes it's too cumbersome to use. Employees for many years have used other methods that are simpler or quicker, and some people can forget entry or more commonly not look at updates

**What problems is Inspectorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping an eye on batches from different providers. We have several providers, depending on the products. We want to make sure we have the right experts for what we need.
