It records the user sessions and plays them so that we can understand the exact behavior of the user. It can segregate the user by IP, country, region, pages etc. Tagging is also a very nice feature which helps the developer/Inspectlet user to quickly find the desired session to view. Out of other competitors in the market, Inspectlet got the pricing right. Pricing based off sessions instead of page views is great for those looking to record entire user sessions.

The inclusion of the software on our eCommerce platform conflicted with the checkout process and prevented credit card transactions. There configuration and set-up seemed to be point-and-click, so we didn't do full regression testing. HIGHLY recommend full regression and a close eye on eCommerce platforms.
