Inspecable is safety, inspection, asset management and field operations software for heavy industry: mines, process plants, manufacturing sites, utilities and heavy-equipment fleets. Safety: incidents, near misses, observations and toolbox talks are captured on Android with photos and video, with no signal, and sync later. A permit to work cannot go active until every signatory has signed and every isolation is verified by a second person. Legal registers come seeded with MHSA and OHS Act obligations. Inspections that close the loop: a failed check raises an issue with a due date. Corrective actions carry an owner and cannot close without a method, evidence and a signature; the database enforces it. Every completed inspection produces a signed PDF and a verifiable hash-chained history of its sign-offs. Asset performance: an asset register with QR tags and sub-assets, where each asset carries its inspection history, timeline, health score and manuals. A wall-thickness reading below the minimum you set raises a corrective action. AI: import a checklist from Excel, PDF or a photo of the paper form; review a completed inspection item by item against the MHSA, with a person confirming each finding; and ask the built-in assistant about an asset, its manuals and its history. Field operations, on the Operations edition: work orders raised from an inspection in one click, jobs and a dispatch board, parts, and geofenced time and attendance.
