  ### 1. The Most Pragmatic AI Platform

**What do you like best about Insitio?**

What I like the most about Insitio is how pragmatic the platform is. It doesn't try to replace your entire end to end process, it doesn't take over completely. It properly places itself within your day-to-day operations, making it a very helpful tool, rather than another piece of software that you have to incorporate into your process. Below are some of the key benefits of Insitio that really stood out to me when I used in to research companies:
 - Being able to accelerate account research: eliminating the need for manual signal tracking. That was previously a blocker for consistent preparation.
 - Enabled me to be proactive with account engagement: surfacing both churn risks (like layoffs or strategic pivots) and expansion opportunities (like funding news or product launches).
 - Guidance on strategic outreach: Assistance on what to say and when—including recommending messaging tied to recent events.

I especially like the configurability of the agents. Everything is out of the box, but highly configurable, which is really nice, I didn't have to do any custom dev work, although the founder, Rick, seems to be very open to, and have already had, customers influencing and helping to shape the roadmap, which is always a plus.

**What do you dislike about Insitio?**

From my several months of usage, nothing critical that I dislike. The team at Insitio have been working hard to release new features often, so the platform just gets better and better.

**What problems is Insitio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accelerates account research, enables proactive engagement, an guides strategic outreach.

**What do you like best about Insitio?**

The platform provided timely updates on all of my customers and prospects and allowed me to put together compelling and relevant outreach plans for each.

**What do you dislike about Insitio?**

Have not discovered any downsides to date in using the platform.

**What problems is Insitio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staying informed on my client and prospecting base both in terms of what’s going on with their existing business as well as flagging potential macro and micro level issues for us as a vendor to get out in front, in addition to the aforementioned outreach and prospecting help.
