What do you dislike about Insites? - Only one audit report template can be set up per instance, so in order to utilize multiple report templates, you must have separate instances of the tool. - It can be difficult for users to enter addresses correctly when utilizing the Salesforce integration, as there's currently no way to utilize Google Maps' auto-complete function within Salesforce. (In order for locations to be correctly identified, addresses must be entered very closely to how they're entered in Google.) - While not a dislike per se, the company is based in the UK, so the difference in time zones can make timely communication back and forth a little tricky.
