Signature solution made in Germany, used in Europe Established on the market for over 15 years, inSign is used by well over 10 million people across various sectors and many European countries. Made in Germany, inSign is built on high standards of data protection and legal compliance. It is legally binding within the European Union and fulfils all EU data protection requirements. All data and service providers are based in Germany, so there is no reliance on US providers. Consequently, the US Cloud Act does not apply, and customers retain full control over their data. At inSign, the focus is on real people rather than anonymous processes. Each customer has a personal point of contact who understands their needs, provides support and helps to shape the ongoing development of the solution. This close relationship defines the collaboration from the outset. Popular features in inSign: - Form editor - Word, Excel and Outlook Add-in - Document templates - Handwritten biometric signature (AES) - Batch signature - Serial processes - Status notifications - Audit report - Electronic archive - REST-API - SSO - Individual configuration - SaaS & On-Premises - And more...
