The best characteristic of this software is that you can pull data from different areas in your model and have it show on the report instead of having to use excel to cut and paste. Once of the flaws in this software is that we have to pay for all the licenses that are being used. I would like to see just one price for all reporting. I would also like to see an easier way to pull categories from the list, but I believe this is a system to system error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering insightXM: I would definitely recommend this software to companies who are looking for a quick easy way to pull data from their system.
