You only get one shot at a proposal. Make yours an ace with InsightWise. InsightWise is the AI engine for winning proposals, tenders and grants. Firms sit on decades of expertise, relationships, and hard-won institutional knowledge. Most of it never makes it into the next pursuit. InsightWise surfaces the right expertise, experience, and knowledge for every pursuit. It knows what a compliance matrix is, what a weighting criterion means, and what an evaluator is scoring because it was built for tenders, RFPs and grants, not bolted onto a generic AI tool. Upload the brief, RFP, or your meeting notes. InsightWise extracts every requirement, weighting, and deadline, so you make the go/no-go call in minutes. It drafts a tailored response from your own past proposals, team CVs, and case studies. It completes the compliance forms and pricing schedules. It keeps every figure consistent across the bid. Then a simulated client review panel scores the draft against the brief's own criteria and flags the gaps that would cost you the win before you submit. InsightWise writes only in your firm's real voice and material so proposals sound like you. It flags missing information instead of inventing an answer. And it reads your proposal the way an evaluator will. Teams using InsightWise report 80% less proposal time, 3x more proposals submitted and a 32% win rate increase.
