We could easily align our strategic objectives with the budget and forecasts with the help of JustPerform’s Value Driver Tree. The Value Driver Tree visually communicated how each metric contributed to overall business/marketing objectives.

First thing is its quite simple to use for finance users, so getting onboarded and learning JustPerform is quite easy. Inbuilt reports and templates definitely makes complinance smoother. Entire adjustments are automated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about JustPerform?

The best part of Just Perform Management Consolidation is to assign the tasks which are in my domain, to other members and yet get updates about it to monitor the progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The learning curve is pretty steep, coming from a background with almost no knowledge, it would be helpful if we have more tutorials present online Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is JustPerform solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have no prior knowledge of the JustPerform, and I have to learn in bits and pieces from multiple persons, it would be great if there is an std repository for all the problems.

What do you like best about JustPerform?

What I like best of Just Perform Management Consolidation is that you can externalize tasks that are not directly to your expertise,but they are quite time-consuming. It will improve the performance of your team while giving you time to focused on your own priorities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JustPerform?

Its does take a while to learn and also to adopt the culture of performance management. However, it is something you will have to go through anyways regarding the tool your are using. Perfromance Management is something that I personaly dont like because it is tedious. but this platform defintly makes it easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering JustPerform:

It will take a while for teams to adpot it and create a culture of performance management; you can use alternative methods and dynamics to do so that do not necesarily improve the understanding of the platform but promote the buy in.

Another recommendation is to actually use it, dont create the rutine but make data-driven decisions with the information provided Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is JustPerform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mostly performance management and monitoring, SAP Timesheet can be very tricky if you do not use the right tool, alocation problems when you dont know in whic proyects or iniatives are employees focus on. At the end its a matter of information and data-driven decisions. How to visualize that but give to the user the most user -friendly platform posible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
