What do you like best about Insightsfirst?

It has a great overview and is easy to use (almost self-explaining). Possible features are advanced. The service of the provider is unique and very strong. The supplier is innovative and puts a high effort into it. The platform is personalized for our company and business needs and that makes it very valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insightsfirst?

What problems is Insightsfirst solving and how is that benefiting you?

Insightsfirst is a platform that serves a Knowledge Management platform, archive solution, dashboard and easy search functionalities including two years informations (and continues to build on) and it is also a collaborational tool for all our colleagues to share information and comment on. "It's a time-saving source to gather competitive intelligence from competitors"

What do you like best about Insightsfirst?

Its user friendly approach and content on competitors saves me much time when gathering news for our bi-monthly newsletter on competitors intelligence.

Before IF, I would have had to search for relevant news using many different sources, with this platform everything is easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insightsfirst?

Historical data only goes back to April 2022.

I believe that more content can potentially added. Sometimes I need to do some historical analysis especially in M&A and partnerships deals and it would help me a lot to have more historical data available. At least for the last 3 years of content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
