"OpaConnect platform for teams objectives coordination and supervision"

What do you like best?

It's UI, is simple, pretty, very intuitive to use, it has simple functionality that allows setting specific goals and objectives for each person and a simple way to track the amount of work or effort in a timely manner. Integration with google calendar to schedule meetings has been a pretty good feature to have.

What do you dislike?

It would be useful if we could connect the application with some 3rd parties like Sonarqube or Jira tools. As we a software company and we evaluate using code coverage, story points, amount of defects raised against resolved that we have within those 3rd party apps. It would be good if i can take a look at other person profile, goals and responsabilities, maybe this should be somehow parameterized through profile similarities, but for example i would like to be able to see the profile of my other team partners. The only page i would like to improve is the one where you set goals, as it can get a bit messy, maybe is just the UI of that page that could be revised a bit.

At first you have to get acquainted with the way it present and builds the information of goals. But then it gets pretty easy to use and follow up.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use it to set up periodical and annual objectives within the team to help us out in our annual appraisal process. Other than that i helps the my team to be able to have a centralized platform to do follow up of objectives with a timeframe that we can track.

"Potential to improve"

What do you like best?

I like how easily we can manage our goals and responsibilities, and share them within our company. Which can motivate others to do the same or think different ways to improve themselves.

Meeting schedules and task distribution is easy and nice to use.

Goals can be described as team or individual or can be private for self improvement

What do you dislike?

Things that I don't like about this product is not able to delete created goals, neither oneself nor their manager can delete goals, if they are created by mistake, or have no reason for them in future.

We can evaluate goals, but there are only three options, it is good to be simple but since this rating affect how good an individual is performing, it is not quite explanatory in the sense that it doesn't tell other people how well a goal was achieved. It should have more options for evaluation or rating a goal.

Schedule management could be better as one can see their previous goal when evaluating quarterly basis, there should be option to see all goals and only current period goals, which could be set by range.

easy to manage and track goals of self and team, you can have teams managing their goals so they can easily share what each team is doing

We can track goals, we can see what us and others are responsible for and how well we are accomplishing them.

Its a good tool if you simply want to track goals with clear objectives and tasks defined, but in real life we are presented with opportunities that may need time to explore.

"Not much of a experience"

What do you like best?

i think it has a very clean ui, cool color palette, the purpose it's great also.

What do you dislike?

it lacks of some very important settings, options and functionalities, y believe it could be more open to customize it depending of the need, the design it's cool but doesn't have enough information about how to do things

i think that maybe the issue is that the company that i work for it's currently implementing this system, but yo have to take in considerations some points that could improve despite that. First some Wow Moments could be great, more customization capabilities, more contextual help and text so we don't have to guess what do we have to do in each section, i really hope this implementation works and will become a great tool for all of us

i think my company doesn't know yet, it's not bad, is just that they are defining how to use it but supposedly we have to do all the reviews about our performance and report our achievements so that's all

"A very useful resource to help your organization grow and prosper."

What do you like best?

Its design and how it highlights key points necessary to gauging performance and key performance indicators. Its unique ability to be of use to nearly every kind of organization.

The User Interface of this product is also very appealing and has ease of use.

It has a certain flexibility to it but also gives users in managerial positions to validate everything which really makes it good.

What do you dislike?

There's a slight learning curve to how it works, but once you get used to it you'll really see its many benefits. Its flexible and non-intrusive nature might make resources not take it that seriously and might limit its usage to its true potential.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It might appear different and you might have to get used to it but it's worth it. There are many things your organization my use as performance indicators and with time through the fiscal year it is hard to keep your progress on goals and responsibilities. With OppaConnect you can easily leave it to this magical application to handle it for you and make this process completely hassle-free by the time you'll be needing this information the most.

If possible, spend sometime with the application before you put to use, it is after all a tool and you'll only be able to reap full benefits if you know what you want out of it.,

"It Support Associate"

What do you like best?

The user interface is very good and looks good and every option and feature is clearly defined which makes it very clear for us t understand the various options available in the opa connect portal. The colors used to create the web page are also very nice and more appealing than other competeriors. I also like the way it is organization to fill in data and review data for both the employees and the leadership team. The leadership team can quickly go through the goals set by the employee and help in direct in the right path which will be both benificial for both employee and the employer. At an overall Opa connect is an Amazing app.

What do you dislike?

The page needs to be more dynamic and with more Help options availble, more over an automatic assistant like google assistant for us to get quick answers is the best option to improve the overall performance of the application.

There can also be few tutorials that should help the user understand the various options availble in the OPA account.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would recommend this to every financial organization and every organization which does deal with HR and people management systems. It can also help the employees grow and learn through implementation of opa connect in any organization as it will create a bench mark in grading the perforamce of the employees and help the organization also grow to a great extent.

"Best professional Peer connectivity tool for review and feedbacks"

What do you like best?

360 Feedback, because it gives the exposure to the peers outside of the project to review a person on his expertise. Example trainings given at the organization will get huge reviews and my 360 feedback would be the perfect choice to request from different people across the organization.

What do you dislike?

Well, so far the tool is good but few areas may require improvements upon. Like, under the goals we have measurements where its not clear if reviewer only has to write there or not. My best suggestion would be to give independent space for reviewer and the person getting reviewed so that they can justify there on points and it can be easier for the HR to see what went on in the review and feedback of an employee.

Judging a person only on the performance was once happening.

Now with tool like opaconnect we can track every quarter with existing saved data and can make it smooth and stable for the annual reviews and ratings are now very better and easier to track and finalize using OPACONNECT tool.

Benefits like: 360 feedback, easy goal setting and tracking, capturing the quarterly reviews and saving them for annual review, setting up review meeting at ease for a quarter.

"Good tool for the company"

What do you like best?

Opa connect is a great tool to keep the company connected through a single app. With Opa is easy define personal goal and company goal and keep the track of those goals.

Opa it also great to plan meeting with the managers and it also helps to have a good internal communication.

In my case I used it to view who is part of my team an to evaluate my dependents.

The overall web design and performance is really good.

What do you dislike?

There are concepts and terminology that you need to understand to start using it. Some navigations inside Opa are not that clear as I think it should be.

I think that Opa could have more type of notification or a mobile application, that way the communication would be even better.

I think that Opa is a great tool for inner management within a company.

With Opa it easy set goals and keep track of the personal, colleges and company goals.

Also Opa help to have a good communication with the managers so it helps to have a good communication within the company.

"Helps me set objectives and achieve them every year"

What do you like best?

The goals and the review sections, team feedback section. card deck feature and software card feature which moves like notes blocks.

ARchiving feature which allows the goals to be set aside once they are taken care of.

What do you dislike?

The color themes to be customized can be added as an option. More video tutorials to help everyone achieve what they are looking for

"OPA Review user level"

What do you like best?

Well I think the vest ist to allow to keep a register of the management of people, this its realy helpfull for know the style of management of every one

well i Think that also shoud be able to do a 360 evaluation, currently this fiunctions is not implemented at my company, so we never know what quiality of managemen we have.

What do you like best?

Systematically tracking employee performance in transparency manner and open information exchange across an organization. It is nicely designed to engage employees through ongoing conversations.The User Interface of this product is also appealing and it is simple and transparent solution to employee engagement and evaluation process. Organization don't need any legacy templates to use.

What do you dislike?

It focus more on an employee’s weaknesses and not enough on their strengths. There can also be few tutorials that should help the user understand the various options available in the OPA account. employee needs 30 mins training sessions for effective use. Some times i was not able to edit goal dates which was approved by my mangers for editing and then for submission

"Good review/tracking tool for performance evaluation"

What do you like best?

I like the goals and 1:1 and review before each 1:1 and evaluate the goals. This helps to track the progress and improvements.

I see a great advantage with this monthly and quarterly reviews and review goals and tasks continuously, this helps to improve the performance and helps the resource to reach the goals with continuous feedback.

What do you dislike?

There is no facility to schedule recurring 1:1 meetings.

"OpaConnect is the best product to use"

What do you like best?

OpaConnect is very reliable and Transparent tool for evaluation of company employees. It is very user friendly and supportive. Highly recommended for small and mid sized companies. This excellent life-changing read will keep you progressing forward to greater joy and fulfillment in your search for meaning and purpose in your everyday life and work by helping you to master the eternal universal virtues and connect to your eternal soul and natural tendency for happiness.

What do you dislike?

I just started using, nothing as of now to dislike. i think little bit look and fell should be better. we should have get some training on how to use the product from our company which was missing and i should have some more knowledge if i could have known the product much better. I guess it should be available globally to all the people around the world and let people connect with off-shore and near-shore teams easily.

"User friendly with in organisation and user friendly appilcation"

What do you like best?

I am able to add my goals and it has been reached to management easily, then it makes my work and skills more transparent. The type of rating ex. on track and remaining are good at the calculation of employee stamina. It might not affect the person. Simply it gives the best in rating. I like this feature more and it is very encouraging.

What do you dislike?

My information related goals and some other information sharing with the other persons in the organization. It might affect the person in the organization whenever they are in the discussion of internal meetings. UI needs to add some more user-friendly option. Please focus on that, so it might help to others also.

Within the organization, works and the stamina of employee would be calculated and it can be presented in the site. For that Opaconnect is proof.

I can easily expose my self with my goals and roles with responsibilities by adding in the info in Opaconnect. They can test that info when it submitted. So reviews time, we easily check my work with management. The relationship between manager and employee is more interactive. So it is very useful whenever they work with other teams, the skills a person provides in the opaconnect will matter at that time. What do you like best?

Setting up the Individual and organisation goals

Simple and easy to use

Tracking the Organisation and individual goals progress.

I like the option to generate reports into various formats like excel and pdf.

What do you dislike?

Ratings: generally we use 5 scale rating, which became difficult to map for previous quarters.

That made us to track ratings separately in excel and map to Opa ratings.

Notifications are missing whenever a resource submits their goals.

It is tedious process to approve goals if there are many.

It would have been better, if notifications provided for all goals and responsibilities entry into the tool.

What do you like best?

Best thing about opaconnect is 360 degree review, this tool gives a comprehensive view for all the goal and responsibilities that are achieved throughout the year

What do you dislike?

There is no option of team responsibilities option.There are other things that need improvements in the opaconnect like there are very limited options for goal and responsibility tracking, there should a meter for rating tool for tracking the goals and responsibilities.

"Best tool to collect the reviews"

What do you like best?

To follow the repots and get all the information about anyone and about learning, Contribution to company, responsibilities, contribution, co-ordinate the goal and responsibilities. If it is straight forward it would be great to use without any difficulties. I considered Opa Connect is very reliable and Transparent tool for evaluation of company employees. Facilitate the employee performance review process. Allow users to evaluate employee performance in relation to overarching company goals. Enable 360-degree feedback between managers, employees, and peers. Retain historical performance review data or integrate with third-party applications where historical data can be maintained

"My experience with @OpaConnect"

What do you like best?

It is very easy and handful tool for the evaluation cycle. An individual can easily track his milestones and improve his performance via constructive and timely feedback by their managers.

What do you dislike?

I do not found any such thing in my experience, which I feel I might not like. So for now the experience is pretty good.

It is a good platform where managers and their sub-ordinates can easily collaborate. I think it's good tool to use for evaluation purpose.

What do you like best?

- I liked the way it has a section about what all values does particular Goal fall into.

- Also the way, couple of my peers can give me some rankings.

- The way how a small comment section shows up, for saying how did I acheive this Goal.

- Nothing that I think of that was not good. Overall experience was good.

"OpaConnect revolutionizes engagement and evaluations at Kids' Country!"

What do you like best?

Kids' Country has struggled with the formal evaluation process for many years. Lack of time, an employee base that does not access technology regularly, and the disconnect between frontline staff and organizational initiatives are just some of the challenges we faced. Once we completed our strategic planning process and determined that employee engagement, recruitment and retention were key opportunities for us, we began to look for an alternative to the formal process. OpaConnect has been a dream come true. The system has taken what used to be a scary, complicated and laborious process, and created what is now something our staff look forward to. The system clearly makes the connection between front line staff's goals to our key strategic initiatives. It also allows for more consistent and casual conversations regarding staff performance versus the dreaded annual meeting. Employees are empowered to keep notes and tasks documented within Opa to talk about with their supervisors. "Shoutouts" allow for anyone to celebrate colleagues for any reason. The behind, on track or ahead rating is simple and easy to understand. The transparency regarding goals and initiatives across all levels has also created a new found trust at Kids' Country. The customer service support has been phenomenal. I've provided quite a bit of feedback in the form of features that would be helpful and all of it has been heard, considered and much of it was implemented! I cannot speak highly enough of OpaConnect!

There is honestly nothing that I can say I dislike about the system.

Consider the goals of your organization, the current evaluation and engagement process and the comfort level/challenges associated with the current process. Also, consider the younger workforce and how younger generations prefer to be interacted with when it comes to their performance.

Lack of connection between frontline staff and organizational initiatives, lack of transparency, trust and a heavily paper process are all challenges we faced before OpaConnect.

"Amazing Product"

What do you like best?

The accountability is the best part. Staff decide their own goals, and are then held accountable to stick to those goals.

What do you dislike?

The admin user of the system is unable to make any new or employee a manager. We must reach out to our support team for help on this. I would love to have that ability in the system.

Be patient with implementation. Change can be hard for staff.

"Easy to Stay on Track"

What do you like best?

Opa's goal-setting process helps me think more about what my goals are and what it means to be on track or behind. It helps me think about how to manage my time in order to meet my goals.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that its difficult to collaborate on goals. If I propose a goal, my supervisors only option is to not approve it. Because of this, we often collaborate on goals and the wording of goals outside of Opa.

Make goal setting more collaborative. I'd like to be able to enter goals in my own words and then my supervisor to have the ability to edit them in the platform.

"Connecting colleagues with Opa"

What do you like best?

Its a great tool to manage all the responsibilities and goals to be under one hut.

What do you dislike?

I changed my working location from place to another place with the same company, when I tried access to my account from my new location all the data got vanished from previous location, its kind of disappointed me.

Add responsibility and goals type manually , it would have a great if template can be created and reused for team members.As org wise we have certain common goals.

What do you like best?

I love the focused goal setting and ability to add ahead, behind, on track. its easy to use and allows you to see how goals align to the broader business focus. its easy, fast and clear to use for monthly catch ups with your team and helps provide focus, as well as allowing you to highlight broader issues as to why things are or aren't on track.

What do you dislike?

It can be a bit time consuming to think through the goals and get them added, but goal setting is hard when you want to do it effectively. Once they're in, its really easy.

Aligning goals cross-functionally across teams, as well as making sure individual teams are focused on goals.

What do you like best?

I love OpaConnect because it allows me to communicate regularly with a team of consultants who all work remotely. I can easily see what projects they are working on, it helps guide our conversations so they stay on track, and is an easy way to tie individual goals and responsibilities into the bigger picture. OpaConnect allows me to set deliverables and expectations that are clear and provides a structure for more regular, meaningful conversations.

What do you dislike?

I would like to see OpaConnect more integrated with my Outlook calendar. While it does place the meeting on my calendar, I don't have insight into open timeframes for both parties when setting up a new meeting.

"Great program and super easy to use!"

What do you like best?

What I like about the program is that it is really user friendly. There aren't too many steps you have to go through or learn about.

What do you dislike?

I don't think I have any dislikes, I would maybe add a "like" button to the shoutouts on the side of the screen.

The problem that OpaConnect is solving for us is that everyone is setting goals the same way and are we all being held to the same expectation. I think the benefits to Opa is that you can see others goals and they can help inspire you when you are creating your own goal, as well as see who else has similar goals as you.

What do you like best?

The system has taken what used to be a scary, complicated and laborious process, and created what is now something our staff look forward to. The system clearly makes the connection between front line staff's goals to our key strategic initiatives. It also allows for more consistent and casual conversations regarding staff performance versus the dreaded annual meeting. Employees are empowered to keep notes and tasks documented within Opa to talk about with their supervisors. "Shoutouts" allow for anyone to celebrate colleagues for any reason. The behind, on track or ahead rating is simple and easy to understand. The transparency regarding goals and initiatives across all levels has also created a new found trust at Kids' Country. The customer service support has been phenomenal. I've provided quite a bit of feedback in the form of features that would be helpful and all of it has been heard, considered and much of it was implemented! I cannot speak highly enough of OpaConnect!

What do you dislike?

The reporting function is slightly behind where I'd like it to be but I know that they are working on solutions for that.

"OpaConnect Great for Alignment & Transparency"

What do you like best?

favorite component is the "meet" functionality. The pre-meet or "prep" is a great tool for both employees and managers. #2 Fav: Employees can easily align their goals to company strategies creating the elusive line of sight and the tool allows everyone to see how the collective organization is trending toward those strategies. #3 Fav: Core Behaviors (aka values) are included in the review or "meet" process. It keeps them front and center and creates a space to discuss how they are lived (or not) by the individual.

What do you dislike?

My only con is the back end. Set up is easy but reporting is challenging. The support team is SO open to customer feedback and share their roadmap so I know this is one area that will see improvement in the near term. From an end user perspective it's pretty easy, clean experience.

I think it is a complete software and it is perfect. one think i feel is that when we have an end date of a goal there is no notification popup.so this should be implemented.

It deals with all the goals and responsibility and handles all the 1:1 with managers and automate this process.

Every thing is okay for now. i don't find any issue in it. but there can also be few tutorials that should help the user understand the various options available in the opa connect account.

Those organizations that want to ease the flow to trace employees performance should use it. it is highly recommended it GUI is very user friendly and allow the managers to easily trace there employees and to trace their performance. It meets all the users requirements and provide good support.

"Very good in tracking the quarterly goals"

What do you like best?

The best part of the OpaConnect is that I can plan the quarterly, Half yearly and annual goals and can see from anywhere in the world. Tracking is very easy.

Another best part is tracking the team members (my reportees) and check their performance.

Most of the manual work is eliminated.

What do you dislike?

There is no way to quantify the performance of our goals by updating the status of the goals.

Please incorporate into the OpaConnect.

What do you like best?

The site is very easy to use and makes it easy to create goals for yourself. I liked that i did not have issues submitting my goals or going back to edit them. I also enjoy the visual design of this site. Its very easy to find everything because it is all right in front of you.

I think this site would be better if it sent reminders for deadlines or made it a bit more interesting to complete your goals on time or early.

good interface performance management UI

Judging a person only on the performance was once happening.

Now with tool like opaconnect we can track every quarter with existing saved data

It might appear different and you might have to get used to it but it's worth it.

I would recommend this to every financial organization and every organization which does deal with HR and people management systems

What do you like best?

It's a good system for the assessment. One can set goals and manager can track them to monitor progress. Managers can also give feedback on progress.

One can't change or remove the goal once it's submitted.

Opa allows us to keep track of our individual goals as well as overall team goals. Since we're a geographically-dispersed team, it helps us maintain transparency and accountability. It's also great for remote bosses. Their team also offers personalized support.

Opa is great if you take advantage of the features and remember to regularly check in. Otherwise, it can kind of fall to the wayside.

"A good idea, a poor UX"

The simplicity of the process, it allow us to define new goals and responsibilities and it's still flexible and aligned with our organization

We don't receive any notification wether a new team member updated a goal, the synchronization of the input is terrible! when I have to accept or archive a goal the edit screen takes almost 20 seconds to load. When I end a 1:1 it is shown as it hasn't taken place yet. Terrible UX!!!!

What do you like best?

What I find best about OpaConnect is its transparency. The way it is structured, it encourages measurement of performance in a very simple way. OpaConnect allows me to set deliverables and expectations that are clear and provides a structure for more regular, meaningful conversations.

It was a bit tricky to understand at first. Also the user interface although quite beautiful can be made a bit more simpler.

I love the 360 feedback feature and the ease of use. There have been a few glitches, it doesn’t work well in explorer, so I need to make sure I open it I’m chrome.
