One thing I love the most about Insightly CRM is how the projects are structured and how easy it is to find the information we need. What I do not like very much is the limited fields to have on a project page - even though it is easy to create "custom objects" that use pointers to point an info - I think that more fields would be amazing. I particularly appreciate Insightly's flexibility in creating custom categories and labels. Whenever I want to store or label specific information, there is already a built-in system that recognises my particular use cases. For example, when tracking follow-ups with recipients by industry classification (music industry versus film production), this feature comes in handy! In addition, from an analytics perspective, it helps me to think ahead before launching new projects, as these activities can be tracked just as quickly - all within a unified platform that keeps everything set up and running seamlessly, rather than having to constantly switch between services such as email platforms + CRM applications - providing companies with real-time data on their customers as well. We dislike the lack of convenience when it comes to sending mass emails through Insightly CRM's default email system. To get around this limitation, we have chosen to use multiple external providers, in addition to BCCing our CRM account with each message sent, so that they are correctly connected at both ends. It would be helpful if there was a way for us to add many contacts at once and send a bulk prospecting email, rather than having to manually enter each contact into the platform one at a time.
