What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

Insightly CRM's interface is intuitive / user-friendly, and can be customized independently or with some help from the service team. It helps to manage my pipeline and forecast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

I would like to have the ability to customize more easily without customer success team support for things like a dashboard or other reporting. This may be possible, but as a non-daily user of the platform I just cant invest the time to learn about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Insightly CRM is used for day to day management of my pipeline and forecast outlook for the year. Additionally, I use it for contact management and a centralized place for documenting client/prospect interaciton. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
