What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

Insightly is our main CRM tool in engaging all departments for projects, workloads, we can definitely customize the pipeline tasks, edit as necessary or eliminate which ever is inaapplicable. It is reliable and haven't seen any issues from crashing to latencies. Reliable CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

Too basic interface or GUI, I couldn't change the theme of my liking nor the graphical interface. I suppose the dev team should be able to give the option for basic GUI, medium settings, or enhanced view just for an additional touch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Making a tracking of the KPI and measurables such as projects, workloads, tasks that needs to be work with for proper tracking and alignment with the teams, colleagues and the rest of the department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
