What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

I like how easy it is to add new contacts and organizations and search through them for what I am looking for at any given moment. The ability to look up someone's phone number on my mobile phone and call them couldn't be more convenient. The reporting tools are also useful for tracking progress on deals/transactions/sales Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

I would expect a Google product to have a more appealing user design, but it's simple with no frills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Insightly CRM:

I recommend doing a free trial of Insightly and going through the tutorials to set yourself up for success. Great, customizable product - just takes some work up front and over time to determine and iterate how you want to use it to meet your business goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Instead of having physical business cards scattered all over my desk, office, room, etc., I can now input any contact information I receive into Insightly so I can easily access it at my convenience and also share the contact information with others on the team.
