The pop-up when you return from being idle for some time. It's necessary to relaunch tracking on Insightful, yet only occasionally makes itself unequivocally known in its presence. I've experienced several times returning to my desk and diving right back into a task, only to have the 'Were you on a break' popup sit for hours beneath a pile of open windows on my desktop. The utilization rate is difficult to understand in terms of how it’s calculated. For example, if an employee is out for one day, it seems the calculation is only based on the four days they worked. Shouldn’t their utilization rate be affected by the end of the week since they missed one day of work?
