Tracking agents, breaks, and activity in one place tends to make coordination a lot easier, especially with remote teams. The flexibility around features like breaks and screenshots is something many teams end up relying on once things are set up the right way.

About the idle time... most commonly that's dependent on how the settings are configured in Insightful rather than a fault. For example, meetings or certain types of activity can be adjusted so they’re not counted the way you’re seeing now.
