InsightBots is an enterprise knowledge assistant platform that uses retrieval-augmented AI to provide answers from an organization's internal documents and knowledge sources. It helps employees, support teams, and customers find information from manuals, standard operating procedures, wikis, files, and other approved content using natural-language questions. InsightBots connects AI-powered question answering with an organization's existing knowledge repositories. The system retrieves relevant information from approved sources and generates contextual responses grounded in that content. It can be configured around an organization's terminology, workflows, document collections, and user requirements. The platform supports technical and operational knowledge use cases such as product support, troubleshooting, technical documentation search, service assistance, and internal knowledge access. It can retrieve information such as error codes, setup instructions, procedures, and other content contained in enterprise documentation. InsightBots can be integrated into environments including Microsoft Teams, Slack, dashboards, and dedicated web portals. It also supports usage analytics and escalation of unresolved questions for workflows where human assistance is required. InsightBots is designed for self-hosted deployment, allowing organizations to maintain control over their documents, hosting environment, access permissions, and data. The current product offering supports deployment within on-premises or private-cloud environments and uses only approved organizational content as its knowledge source.
