I am trying to enrol our company as a customer with Insight and they don't even bother to reply to our emails to have an account manager or discuss a credit account. Worst business support ever. On the other side, their automated marketing robots are very good, with many beautiful and empty emails in my spam box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Insight, and more specifically Gordon, have helped two companies I've been at now with everything from replacement hard drives to a server cage and 5 Dell servers.
