Insight Dial is a pay-per-call platform for the people who send calls and the businesses that take them. Publishers give every campaign, affiliate and ad its own tracking number, with numbers that swap automatically on their website by traffic source. When a call comes in, Insight Dial checks blocked numbers, repeat callers, hours, daily caps and state rules, then routes it through a waterfall or runs a live auction where buyers bid while the caller waits. Recorded calls are transcribed with speaker labels and one-line summaries. Every affiliate and buyer is graded Good, Watch or Poor from real call history, and sources sending too many short calls can be paused automatically. Each affiliate gets their own rate and portal, buyers see every call they received and what they were charged, and everyone can download statements. Webhooks and an open API send events to any CRM or system, with alerts to Slack, Discord, Teams and WhatsApp. Insight Dial works with the phone provider you already use, in any country it covers, and supports white-label portals and two-step sign-in.
