We’ve been using Insider for every aspect of our website and mobile application, including Web Suite, Smart Recommeder, Email, and Web Push. We’re truly amazed with the results we’ve got after implementing their Smart Recommender technology. The best thing that we like about their AI-backed tools is that they help us encourage our users across different touch points. Our business operates in both online and offline mode. While delivering great in-store customer experience, providing the same experience online was a challenge. But after partnering with Insider, we were able to smoothly navigate this challenge. When we discussed our primary challenge with Insider’s growth team, they suggested we use their web suite’s onsite personalization capabilities to improve our website’s UX and create individualized experiences for our website visitors.To incorporate personalization, we used Insider’s smart banners on our website’s homepage to display discounts and offers on products along with the coupon code. This helped us attract customers to explore our products and purchase the one they’re most interested in. We also implemented product comparisons that resulted in enhanced engagement rates and improved customers’ likelihood to purchase one of the products out of compared ones and sometimes purchase more than 1 product. To further alert users about the limited period offers, we used Insider’s Web Push technology that created a sense of urgency and FOMO among our visitors and encouraged them to take action at the earliest. We’re generally impressed with all the products we’re using - Web Suite, web push, SMS, Whatsapp, E-mail, App. Web suite and Mobile App have improved our web and app experiences while the WhatsApp and SMS tools have greatly improved customer engagement when they aren’t on the app/web.
