What do you like best about Insider?

Our favorite thing about Insider is the ease of use and integration of their tools. At first we were hesitant about getting these tools because we did not want to spend a lot of time trying to understand the product and implement them to our existing app. However, the implementation process was very easy and the team supported us at every step. What problems is Insider solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our app is fairly new, which is why we don’t have as many campaigns or push notifications on our app compared to our website. So, we were trying to improve the customer experience on our App to engage customers and increase conversion rates. What do you like best about Insider?

We wanted to dive deep into growth possibilities by offering highly personalized recommendations on each page for our users. With Insider’s flexible Smart Recommender, we are able to place these recommendations in different ways according to different page layouts, and target users with the most relevant products related to their queries. Through these recommendations, we achieved a 7-8% uplift in CR. We look forward to the CRM integration with Insider and 91APP in the near future to achieve even more accurate onsite recommendation and use case.

We also used the hello bar to alert users of important updates, delivery information, and more. Even this resulted in an increase in CR and AOV. We also really appreciated the pop up message that triggered at the checkout page that helped us increase LINE account users significantly.

What do you dislike about Insider?

We struggled a little bit with the Insider's panel at first with its comprehensive functions. Insider provided instruction videos instead of written articles/ instructions that we did not find too helpful.

Customized features also took some time to communicate and discuss with the customer success team. So it took us some time to get a hang of some of the products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Insider solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our main goal was to simply offer deep personalized experiences to our users in the best way we could. Insider’s Smart Recommender made it unbelievably easy for us to do so. In a matter of a few clicks, we are able to set up highly relevant and intelligent recommendations on any page, anywhere we want. There is never a doubt about the relevance of these recommendations, and we have gotten good results, with a 10% increase in conversions and a boost in AOV because of these. What do you like best about Insider?

The revenue that we generated by sending out automated push notifications were significantly higher than manual push notifications. Also, as the tool offers a number of predefined templates, it didn’t take much time for us to edit campaigns. Using this solution, we were able to update our target customers about their latest interest on our website/APP based on their previous onsite behavior. What do you dislike about Insider?

The integration took longer than expected. The project timeline was delayed due to the extra effort that we have to invest in integration. APP's missing countdown function is a pity. Hoping the mobile web, website and APP template can be in sync. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before using Insider, we were able to send bulk push notifications in the text format. However, we wanted to explore a solution that can help us automate the process, create deep segments based on their predicted behavior, events, and visits, and engage with customers who had abandoned their carts.

Insider’s team of Growth Consultants recommended us to use their web push channel to send messages to target customers who had a higher purchase intent. We were also able to re-engage customers who haven’t visited our website for a long time. By sending out personalized Cart Abandonment Push Campaigns using predefined templates, we were able to capture their attention and bring them back on our website. What do you like best about Insider?

We use Insider for Web Personalization. We are big fans of Instory solution which allows us to show our latest products, best sellers, offers and more in the form of clickable Instagram stories on our website itself. We also use email, SMS and web push quite a lot and we like the email recommendation solution.

What do you like best about Insider?

Insider's mobile app suite including app push notifications helps us re-engage users who have dropped off and bring them back into the app. The pre-built templates make it easy to set up targeted campaigns.

Their Email product has improved our email deliverability and open rates. The drag-and-drop editor makes creating engaging email campaigns effortless. We love our relationship with the Insider team. What do you dislike about Insider?

What do you like best about Insider?

We’ve been using Insider for every aspect of our website and mobile application, including Web Suite, Smart Recommeder, Email, and Web Push. We’re truly amazed with the results we’ve got after implementing their Smart Recommender technology. In just a week after the implementation, we observed that our conversion rates improved significantly and the churn reduced by 60%.

The best thing that we like about their AI-backed tools is that they help us encourage our users across different touch points. We also received great results through web push notifications as we were able to engage users who were not even on our website. We haven’t faced any major challenge so far working with the Insider team. The only thing which we can point out here is that it took us a while to get a hang of their products as Insider has a number of tools to offer. Being a retail chain, we have multiple retail stores across different locations. But since we wanted to drive more conversions online, we were looking for a solution to improve user experience and increase installs for our mobile application. That’s why we decided to try out Insider’s Growth Management Platform. After understanding our requirements, the account management team at Insider recommended that we leverage their Web Suite to improve UI/UX of our website and Mobile App Suite to create individualized customer experiences for our app users.

The team also suggested that we implement their AI-powered Smart Recommender tool on our website to make product recommendations personalized based on unique user behavior and preferences. We also used their Email solution to nudge and encourage our customers to visit our website and install our mobile application. Within a short span of time, we observed a spike of 40% in our Product Page Views.

What do you like best about Insider?

Our business operates in both online and offline mode. While delivering great in-store customer experience, providing the same experience online was a challenge. But after partnering with Insider, we were able to smoothly navigate this challenge. When we discussed our primary challenge with Insider’s growth team, they suggested we use their web suite’s onsite personalization capabilities to improve our website’s UX and create individualized experiences for our website visitors.To incorporate personalization, we used Insider’s smart banners on our website’s homepage to display discounts and offers on products along with the coupon code. This helped us attract customers to explore our products and purchase the one they’re most interested in. We also implemented product comparisons that resulted in enhanced engagement rates and improved customers’ likelihood to purchase one of the products out of compared ones and sometimes purchase more than 1 product. To further alert users about the limited period offers, we used Insider’s Web Push technology that created a sense of urgency and FOMO among our visitors and encouraged them to take action at the earliest. By implementing these strategic solutions, we saw substantial increase in cart size and AOV. In just a few months, our CR and business profitability grew massively. Insider has got the best product and support team and it was a wonderful experience working closely with such dedicated professionals. What do you like best about Insider?

Of all the tools we have used, we like WhatsApp since we use many of its pre-built templates for different goals and the customizable opt-in box templates on Web Push.

We didn’t have the most appealing and user friendly website to begin with. Insider’s Web Suite helped us create a website that was easy to navigate making the shift to online banking seamless for our customers. The Web Push opt-in box played an instrumental role in getting us consent from customers to send them alerts on quarterly launch of savings and investment schemes.

What do you like best about Insider?

We like in particular how the tool has been designed, all the features it offers and its ease of use.

Insider really is the tool for marketeers in medium/big-sized companies who want to run web campaigns without any further need to reach out to their IT department.

During initial onboarding we did not feel the exacts needs of our website were being met, with incomplete site mapping and technical errors for conversion tracking.

What do you like best about Insider?

Today an average customer uses more than 3 channels at any given point in time namely, email – social media – chat. Insider's comprehensive suite of tools has helped us communicate with customers with a multi-channel marketing strategy.

We reached out to customers on their preferred channel rather than them reaching out to us. Insider's Web Push, Mobile App, and Email tools enabled us to maintain a consistent communication with our users. Web Suite ensured we keep these communications personalized and relevant to our customers, and Recommendation ensured we only flash information the customer is genuinely interested in.

Architect played an instrumental role in automating our marketing processes and efficiently mapping customer touchpoints which ensured that messages across multiple channels (web notification, email, app notification) were consistent, relevant, and personalized and constantly nudged the buyer to take action just in time. Insider offers a plethora of templates across each of its tools be it emails, app notifications, or web push notifications which kind of boggled us in the beginning. The biggest challenge we faced was perhaps sending a consistent message across all communication channels, and Insider helped us achieve that. We can now segment, and group customers based on their likes, demographics, last purchase, etc., and then run different campaigns targeted for each customer group.

The messaging is mapped to their stage in the customer lifecycle thanks to Architect and relevant, and the same message is delivered using Mobile App, Web Push, and Emails. Recommendations are on point and help grab customers' attention with short attention spans.
