**What do you like best about Inside Sales?**

Contact the customer directly via phone calls and email, which is much faster, and conduct online meetings to work through the process until the customer receives the offer.

**What do you dislike about Inside Sales?**

The challenge of tracking their KPI and performance requires immediate follow-up to ensure they meet their call targets for potential clients throughout the day.

Ensure to hire ambitious inside sales professionals.
