If the intent is to have Business Users (e.g.: folks with zero technical knowlege) updating and creating logic on the tool, be aware that it will be difficult for them to do so. The rule app can be slow at times when many rules are created there is a delay in processing the rules. Also troubleshooting rule issue through IRAuthor can be difficult it would be nice for more tools and options to record what happens and replay those scenarios. It allows great Synergies of business and technology. All policies and business rules in almost plain English and this is also the code to enforce them. It requires very little training for anyone to pick up and be confident with. Performance is also very good. Once people gets acquainted with inRule, use cases for it explode.
