It makes it easy to manage content across multiple channels, keep data consistent, and collaborate with different teams all in one place. It saves time and reduces errors, especially when handling large, complex product catalogs. **What do you dislike about Inriver?** One downside of inriver PIM is that the interface can feel a bit clunky or unintuitive at times, especially for new users. It also requires a fair amount of customization to fit specific workflows, which can slow down initial setup. **What problems is Inriver solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inriver PIM makes it way easier to keep product info consistent across all channels. Instead of chasing down details or fixing errors, I can focus on creating content that’s accurate and ready to go. It just helps everything run smoother and faster. ### 2. In other words, thanks to our PIM, every role within the organization uses the same information source, from procurement and product management, to sales and customer services. Even the information on internal- and external channels, such as websites, GS1 and customer portals, is comming from inriver PIM. ### 3. Great customization possibilities, even though they at times are a bit too unflexible and rigid for my needs. **What do you dislike about Inriver?** At times it can be quite the pain in the butt to find where the feature you are looking for is located and understanding how they all are connected and what is possible with which field. Bugs that impact all users (and doesn't offer support to revert back to pre-bug time automatically) is annoying. **What problems is Inriver solving and how is that benefiting you?** Instead of multiple excels spread around the server, all Vital product data can be found in one place.
