It's too sensitive. For instance, when I'm trying to search using last name with first name, if the person has two last names, nothing comes up by default. I have to search using the one last name instead. If anything, I would like the session time to be extended as well. I don't dislike it, but the longer session time is appreciated. Sometimes when you have to release more than 90 claims at the same time, you have to refresh the webpage, otherwise the system will count again the claims that you already release, or you could delete by mistake claims that you already release if you do not refresh the website. it is like a glitch the software has but once you discover the issue you are not going to delete claims by mistake, it happended to me soemtimes at the beginning while I was leargning about this program. I would like for claims with the same dates of service to be bundled together. For example, when I am correcting old claims, I have to go all the way to the bottom to see if the claim has already been corrected once and then scroll up through to the top to ensure I haven't missed any that may be out of viewing range.
