I appreciate Inovaflow's ability to streamline and enhance our document processing with Rossum, particularly by implementing 'header level mode' which significantly increased our straight-through processing speed and overall efficiency. Their deep insider knowledge of the platform as former Rossum professionals was valuable, allowing them to implement a working solution with precision. They moved from discussion to a working solution in just a few weeks, and their hypercare was great, ensuring all our questions or findings were answered and solved. I also like their professional and friendly approach, with clear communication and timely delivery, making the whole process very smooth. It was a positive experience working with their team. The main reason I enjoy working with Inovaflow is their communication. They are excellent at staying in touch and building a real relationship with their customers, which makes the whole process much easier. On the technical side, they are very capable and clearly know what they are doing. I've also found them to be highly flexible; they are willing to adapt as the project evolves rather than being rigid. Our requirements often vary in complexity as well as in the knowledge expected. Inovaflow is not afraid of any of this, however, and is always able to deliver (or learn and deliver). The Inovaflow team has a tendency to go above and beyond, which sometimes means they implement some additional changes that are strictly not required. While I appreciate it, sometimes I have to ask for the reversal of these changes as they do not fit into the bigger picture of the project (which, in all fairness, Inovaflow cannot know).
