The program does what it is supposed to do. I suppose that should be a given, but obviously not always the case. I was using one version of their software and it was very easy to use. I recently switched versions, so it's a little confusing, but I am scheduled for training on that.

I think the best thing about the company is the support I receive. Support tickets do not remain open for long. They are also very open to suggestions. There was a time when I was struggling with support, and they fixed the problems I was having quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think that the only complaint I have had recently is that the reports are not very customizable. If I need something changed, I need to reach out to support to create a new report. This might be a feature and not a bug. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When processing payroll it doesn't seem like the steps are in order and it never lets me know when each step is complete. This is just on my computer though, it works on my assistant's computer so it is probably an in-house IT issue, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Inova Payroll is very easy to use. It makes weekly payroll a breeze. It is very straight forward and simple to follow. And the staff is always helpful and quick to reply. If we have issues (on occasion and almost always on our end), they respond quickly and get the problem solved without delay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
