I'm not particularly satisfied with their current benefit platform. Our company operates in several locations across the U.S., and our employees speak various languages. This means we often have to guide them step by step through the enrollment process. Explaining our company benefits is already a complex task, and since I only speak one language, it becomes even more challenging.
