InnReply is an AI chat box for the websites of small inns, bed and breakfasts, motels and cabin resorts. It answers guest questions using only the property's own web pages, such as check-in times, policies, room details, breakfast and pet rules, and passes any question it cannot answer to the innkeeper by email, where a reply goes straight to the guest. When a guest asks about dates, it checks which rooms are free and opens the property's own booking page with the dates already filled in, so bookings and payments stay with the property. With supported booking systems, it also shows each free room with a photo and price. It matches the website's colors, sends a weekly summary of guest questions, and works on common website builders with a one-line install or an installation done by the InnReply team. A Free plan covers one location and 40 chats a month, and a paid plan covers up to two locations and 1,000 chats a month.
