Additional services added for Jet Reports and Jet Analytics implementation. (completed and ongoing)

Proceeded in planning engagement for upgrade paths. (completed)

Mid-project currently on re-implementation of MS Dynamics Business Central on premise version migrating master data from current Navision. Revising processes and procedures to be in line with how Business Central works. We partnered with Innovia to take over support for out outdated NAV 2009 solution and we are now in the process of a re-implementation to Business Central 2019 v15. Response times are typically very quick and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. More importantly, Innovia is proactive in suggesting improvements and pointing out pitfalls that gone unnoticed could have caused losses financially and disruptions to our daily operations. Innovia Consulting took over a Microsoft Dynamics NAV reimplementation from a previous partner that was unable to complete the task, performed two additional upgrades for our business, and led the implementation of Microsoft Business Central SaaS for our Australian location. What do you like best about Innovia Consulting?

I like to say that I’m not in the business of IT, but rather in the business of people that do IT. In other words, technical knowledge and experience is only part of the picture when it comes to people. I place a heavy emphasis on soft skills and look for three ‘C’s in my employees and partners – culture, chemistry and creativity. Innovia perfectly captures that. It starts with the Innovia leadership and it spreads like wildfire throughout the organization. They take the time to learn our business, our employees and provide a dedicated account executive that is a non-billable resource to us so we can freely talk about process improvements, solutions, participate in demos, etc. Their team is part of our success.

Additionally, their stable of application consultants are ERP and subject matter experts that come from the industry they focus on. For example, if we have a production challenge in the business, they have manufacturing experts to help us troubleshoot and brainstorm and there is a development team behind them that execute on the design plan and programming. Their sole focus is on NAV and Business Central and that is extremely effective. They have dedicated application consultants, project managers, account managers and developers. For ERP implementations and upgrades, they provide the expertise and resources to help complete these projects as our small internal team wouldn't have the capacity to handle this. They bring multiple points of view and industry best practices to the table when brainstorming new ideas and their documentation discipline helps make us self-sufficient when training employees on a business process change in NAV and other scenarios within our environment. Bringing our international locations onto Business Central SaaS and leveraging a master data management solution to create information visibility between tenants is another solution and benefit they are providing us. Innovia Consulting has been our partner with NAV going back to 2007 and helped us move to Azure in 2016. We needed a solution that was highly adaptable to our needs. We leverage the software and push the automation to eliminate mundane tasks and allow our employees to better serve our customers with better products and services.
