I primarily use Innovation Minds Enterprise for performance management and really appreciate its intuitive nature and AI assistance. The AI features stand out, providing great help with submitting OKRs, managing work progress, and offering real-time manager coaching and performance reviews. The AI assistance is a favorite among our employees/managers for goal writing, review writing, calibration, and bonus planning. The ai tool IM Wizzy is handy and can be used whenever needed. I also like having a dedicated customer success manager who is very responsive and quick to resolve any issues, which is especially valuable with new vendors. Maybe it wasn't utilized enough...and those who did use it enjoyed it, but it was hard to touch the larger organizations. We implemented the cell app too late. It provided recognition to our EEs it was great. I wish we would have had peer to peer recognition. In all platforms, abuse happens. I think maybe those who knew to comment or work the system to get points did. Many didnt nor accessed it at all.
