Innovate IA is a sales and customer service AI platform for small businesses. It gives a business an AI that answers its customers on its channels, books appointments, takes orders and collects payments with the business's own payment methods. The AI answers with the data the owner loaded and can hand the conversation to a person. Channels: WhatsApp (official account or by QR), TikTok comments, X and website chat; official Instagram and Facebook coming soon. Also included: appointment booking with deposit, a product and service catalog, a landing page published in minutes, campaigns and customer follow-up in one inbox, and a Studio that enhances photos and creates videos. No programming needed. Free trial: 30 AI replies without a card, or 7 days with a card.
