Hotels can configure pre-stay, in-stay, and post-stay messages, send payment reminders, request guest reviews, and automatically cancel unpaid reservations. Its digital pre-check-in process is aligned with Brazil’s FNRH guest registration requirements. For revenue management, Innotel provides AI-assisted pricing recommendations with clear explanations, occupancy and RevPAR forecasts, competitor monitoring, and performance tracking.
