What do you like best about InnoSoft Fusion?

Fusion is extremely front end user friendly with a number of features that can work for your recreation department. For the system admin, there is little to do once you have the system fully running and ready. They have also been great over the years in upgrading and listening to clients suggestions for new features, upgrades and updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InnoSoft Fusion?

In the past years they have grown substantially, which has caused issues in software updates. The last few updates we received were full of bugs that caused numerous operational issues in the moment. These caused a lot of frustration and time spent rectifying issues caused by it. Fusion has listened and hopefully moving forward we do not deal with these glitches that can easily be caught on their end before being pushed out to large programs. Recommendations to others considering InnoSoft Fusion:

Although the price will increase the longer you wait to sign up as more schools jump on board, the product will also get better. The best suggestion we can give is to sign up sooner than later to get the best pricing available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is InnoSoft Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fusion has catapulted us from a paper operation to a fully integrated and streamlined department. While you obviously have to tailor some of your procedures and process to their system for it to work. There was never any major issue with this and made professional staff rethink how retool how processes were handled to eliminate unnecessary steps. Our accounting is also fully streamlined which has given us powerful tools such as reporting and access to information to assess and make smarter choices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering InnoSoft Fusion:

If you will make use of all the features of Innosoft Fusion, it should be a great tool for you to use. If you only need some of the features, shop around and see if there is a more specialized tool available for you to use. Also, be sure to have someone technical to help with installation and troubleshooting. It can be a time consuming process to implement and troubleshoot. Also, it takes constant updates to keep the Fusion data in sync with your main database. It seems to be a waste to store data in Fusion and in our other database, but this seems to be a necessity of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
