I like that I can access Innago anywhere, even on the app. It's really nice and handy. I appreciate the nice sorting features and the fact there are no monthly fees. This makes it much more affordable compared to other software like AppFolio, which costs $200 a month. Innago does everything better than the other software I used. I find Innago really great for sending invoices monthly to tenants, as it helps keep track of who has paid and who hasn't. It allows tenants to pay online and sends us a report every few days with payment statuses. The setup process was very simple, with a step-by-step guide on what to do, and I had no issues at all. Everything about Innago is very easy, user-friendly, and good, so much so that I really don't have any complaints. I even rated it a 10 and recommend them to everyone. I use Innago for property management, receiving rent payments, and maintenance management. I like that it offers a free professional portal for both myself as a landlord and for my tenants.
