I like that Innago is a great universal tool that's free for landlords to start with. It's user-friendly on both ends, being tenant-friendly and also landlord-friendly. Compared to other programs I've used in the past, like OneSite and Yardi, Innago stands out for its user-friendliness. The dashboard is soft on the eye and easy to understand. You can maneuver throughout the tabs to locate what you need. It's a great tool for landlord professionals. There's a number of bugs. The messaging component doesn't work. I've been getting emails asking me to set up my first tenants, even though I already do have tenants set up in their system. A lot of the UI is confusing. Sometimes the page freezes when I'm trying to fill out a form and it makes me restart. The whole system can be a bit tedious honestly.
