I like the maintenance request feature and the user-friendly dashboard. The whole experience is very user-friendly and organized. There's a number of bugs. The messaging component doesn't work. I've been getting emails asking me to set up my first tenants, even though I already do have tenants set up in their system. A lot of the UI is confusing. Sometimes the page freezes when I'm trying to fill out a form and it makes me restart. The whole system can be a bit tedious honestly.
