It's also a more professional way to get rent payments than using Venmo. **What do you dislike about Innago?** There's a number of bugs. The messaging component doesn't work. I've been getting emails asking me to set up my first tenants, even though I already do have tenants set up in their system. A lot of the UI is confusing. Sometimes the page freezes when I'm trying to fill out a form and it makes me restart. The whole system can be a bit tedious honestly. **What problems is Innago solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Innago for getting rent payments and requesting utility bill reimbursement, offering a more professional solution than Venmo. ## Innago Discussions -
