I am so thankful to always have my dedicated rep who I can go to for questions not only about specific orders, but just about swag inventory in general! I've even asked my rep for suggestions on products that would be good for a certain project we're working on. They're always very knowledgeable and quick to respond. Turnaround time can vary based on the bandwidth of the warehouse and printers so I have very different ideas of how long projects can take. Hasn't gotten in the way thus far, just something I have noticed! I'm also not crazy about the user dashboard- it gets the job done but I think could be much more user friendly and ituitive! We have asked a lot since opening our store and have had some non-traditional requests. Heather and the team were able to accommodate all our needs and were great to work with. What problems is Inkwell Global Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you? We have four business units that all have different sets of logos and different needs. We were able to build a store that fit everyone, and was able to set up accounts and billing that was similar to our old vendor to prevent confusion to our employees. We've done a couple of one-off projects with Inkwell and are working toward launching our own Company Store with them – we absolutely love the dedicated support we receive, and that someone is always watching our account. We went through an extensive RFP process and Inkwell came out on top. Our account rep, Michelle, is always available, takes the time to troubleshoot with us and offers ideas, and if she does not have the answer (which is rare) she always gets back to us within 24hrs (honestly it's usually more like 8 hrs!). The doors are also wide open to do whatever we think works best for our company. They are problem-solvers and always work with us to find the best solution for our needs – and within budget! Inkwell will provide whatever we ask them for and, a lot of times, offer something better! I do wish that they had a little bit more creativity when it comes to sourcing, but it's usually something we can go back and forth on a couple of times and get to a great solution. I think the component I have enjoyed the most about Inkwell is their incredible customer service. If I reach out with an issue or question, I typically get a response within 20 minutes! My company had a ton of questions and our rep Michelle has always been available and super knowledgeable. They also have a lot of flexibility in terms of the services they offer. What do you dislike about Inkwell Global Marketing? There is not much. However, one thing I don't like is the extra credit card fee that we are charged for certain purchases.
