Inkstamp's agents take in each day's transactions from the bank, sales, invoices, and payroll, reconcile them overnight, and leave a short approval list for the morning. A person the business authorizes approves what the agents find. Every action is recorded in the audit trail with who did it, under whose approval, and when. Inkstamp also offers an AI labor workflow option: put the same governed agents on time-consuming tasks outside the books, inside the same environment, with no limit on how many workflows or agents you can create. Customers run it today for timesheet approval, customer service responses, and recruiting and outreach. Main features: \* Nightly reconciliation by AI agents, with a morning approval list and a record of every action \* Customer and deal records in the same ledger as the books (Inkstamp is your CRM as well): deals in progress, purchase history, balances owed and paid \* Council of Experts: CFO, COO, CMO and strategist views on the same numbers, returning one recommendation in plain English \* Risk Analysis (Monte Carlo): a modeling agent that runs on the business's own data to show the likely range for how the quarter ends and to work through a decision before it is made, such as whether to buy a piece of equipment and what the return would be; any risk that needs modeling \* Interactive agents that answer operators' questions about the business in Slack or other messaging platforms \* AI labor workflow option: agents on time-consuming tasks outside the books, such as timesheet approval, customer service responses, and recruiting outreach Common systems Inkstamp connects to: QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, FreshBooks, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Toast, Square, Clover, Lightspeed, Gusto, ADP, Paychex, Toast Payroll, and bank accounts. Custom integrations are available for systems not listed above. Pricing is per connected data stream, not per user or seat. The number of agents working does not change the price. Customers bring their own AI account (Claude, OpenAI or an equivalent provider) and pay that provider directly at its price, with no markup. Each customer gets its own hosted Inkstamp instance, set up for that business alone and run by Diorthos. The standard term is 12 months with a 99.9% monthly availability commitment under the published Service Level and Support Schedule. Customer data is exportable at the end of the agreement and is not used to train general-purpose models without written authorization.
