  ### 1. After a decade, we finally left. Couldn't be happier.

**What do you like best about InkSoft?**

We used inkSoft for many years and the best part was the front-end interface to end customers allows for orders to be placed. They used to have a great way to market editable designs. Not so much anymore. But their customer side for single unchangable shirts is OK.

**What do you dislike about InkSoft?**

You do not have access to your own data for marketing (the data is a joke that they offer). There is no real inventory ordering system (like in teesom), the order management system is clunky and unwieldy. We used it for a decade trying to make it work and it never got there. Communication is little to none (i.e. - doubling prices with a single notification in an email with a subject that looks like marketing). We have moved on and only now do we realize how bad it is.

**What problems is InkSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It previously had many features that they have slowly abandoned to become a good solution for stock products without lots of customizable designs. They don't solve the inventory problem.

The design tool would have been helpful, had anyone wanted to use it.

**What do you dislike about InkSoft?**

We made a complaint and they canceled our contract.

**Recommendations to others considering InkSoft:**

Go with printavo or order my gear instead.

**What problems is InkSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It caused more problems than it solved.
