Incredibly clean visually. Digestible recommendations that make sense and are easy to understand. Clear organization of tasks and options make it easy to understand what's important and what I need to do. **What do you dislike about INK?** The video tutorials are great, jam-packed with really useful information about the app and SEO in general, I'd just like to see shorter versions for quicker reference. **Recommendations to others considering INK:** If you are inexperienced with SEO, ask a professional for help with your keyword research before you start using this app. You'll get so much more out of it. **What problems is INK solving and how is that benefiting you?** I wanted to better advertise my Pro Bono services to connect with more of the community during these difficult times. I considered hiring a consultant to help me build pages that appeal to my area (local SEO, I think) but this investment was just too expensive for a Pro Bono project. Instead, I got some help with the keyword research and used this app. It helped me take care of these local pages myself and pop up in the first 3- 5 Google results for my area. ### 2. I continued to be impressed with the personal touch they give every inquiry. The Marketing Lead and CTO scheduled a working session with me and some of the science behind the application. They ended up helping a lot and were always available for any follow up questions. **What do you dislike about INK?** Nothing to add here that is worthy to mention. **What problems is INK solving and how is that benefiting you?** The writing team loves it. They pay for tons of tools (not cheap) and INK is the only one our writers actually like to use. Unbelievable cost reduction. The team was able to cut costs by more than 60% just by getting rid of most of the SEO tools subscription and replacing them with INK. ### 4. What I like best is that it all happens in one tool: suggested wordcount, grammar and spell check, and my favorite part, the topical relevance. I feel like we're getting an inside look into how our competition is ranking in real-time, giving us the confidence to produce content that is higher quality and more relevant. **What do you dislike about INK?** I'm a fan of every feature. Can't think of any cons. **Recommendations to others considering INK:** If you love to write, but don't have SEO experience...or even if you have SEO experience and are concerned with efficiency and improving your time management, use Ink. I'm first and foremost, a writer. Ink has eliminated our reliance on multiple SEO tools to get the job done. Plus, the Wordpress plugin has completely erased our woes with formatting. We simply write our blog posts in Ink and upload to WP. All images are formatted, with alt text and captions. This is a HUGE timesaver. But most of all, I've seen our organic CTR increase.
