Inhire AI does the first round of hiring for teams that get hundreds of applicants for one role, such as BPOs, call centers, staffing agencies and RPO providers. It reads each CV against the role requirements, gives candidates a short assessment test, and runs a structured AI interview by voice or text that candidates take from a phone or browser at any hour. The interviewer speaks English, Bahasa Indonesia and Bahasa Melayu, asks follow-up questions, and scores every answer against the same rubric. Recruiters get scores, transcripts, audio and a ranked shortlist that they can export to the ATS they already use. People make every hiring decision; the AI supports them. CV screening and assessment tests are free. AI interviews use credits, so you pay per candidate, not per recruiter seat. Inhire AI is built by PT Akal Cipta Teknologi (Ideact AI) in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
