It's helped us scale our newer programs and grow our contact database, and having INFUSE work with us to deliver some of our newer content pieces straight to the exact audience we're looking for has been super impactful. I really enjoy working with the people there. They've been really fast and quick to get our programs live, and really good with strategy. I also like their live portal, a page you can log in to where you can see the status of the leads and different data points like seniority and regions, plus what assets are actually being downloaded in real time. Sometimes with vendors it's really difficult to get that insight until later or if you ask for it, so I really like that they have that ability. The real time data is super helpful because I'm able to see what assets are actually resonating and make quick decisions if I want to stop running a specific asset. I can also see exactly what seniorities are coming in and make sure that aligns to what we're looking for, as well as geography and region, since we have very specific targeting. When I log in I look at whether we're pacing towards the leads we've been contracted for, I look at seniority since we only want director plus, and I look at engaged accounts so I can report back to our team on what assets are being downloaded and what accounts are super interested. Team responsiveness has had the biggest impact for us. For our last campaign we had assets going live throughout the quarter, so it was continuous support rather than a quick handoff at the beginning, and just being agile like that was super helpful. Their ability to create good landing page copy and promotion of it was super helpful because it saves me a lot of time, since I don't have to go back and make a lot of edits to their landing page or email copy. That responsiveness ensured we had high quality leads and hit our lead target for the quarter. The leads sync over to our CRM and marketing automation system so we can see all that data in our CRM. The team also worked with us on a new platform that essentially guarantees there's no duplication of leads across cross functional teams, so we don't pay for duplicates, and they've been really good about bringing on that new process and system. Filtering between clients and other metrics is fairly intuitive. It's also simple and focuses on key LPIs (ex. leads) rather than bloating the dashboard with irrelevant metrics. Also, outside of the dashboard, we enjoy the responsiveness and helpfulness of the team we work with at infuse. **What do you dislike about INFUSE Demand Accelerator?** There is a specific "Persona" tab, but then other job-level attribute views are spread out in other sections from the left hand nav-menu. It might be helpful to have one dedicated view where all job-level attributes of a given lead can be viewed. **What problems is INFUSE Demand Accelerator solving and how is that benefiting you?** The dashboard itself helps provide both QAing of ongoing efforts, but also gives us additional visual options when we report on progress to clients. Outside of the dash, we have seen consistent high quality & relevance from the leads we are being given from Infuse consistently. ### 26. With the data being in real time, the platform is able to be used frequently to see accurate data for insights or just for monitoring purposes. - Customer Support. The INFUSE team is very responsive and and takes all feedback and implements them quickly leading to an easy to use platform. **What do you dislike about INFUSE Demand Accelerator?** - One of the biggest challenges I've seen so far is not being able to manipulate the date range.
