"InfrOS Automates Cloud Architecture with Predictable, Evidence-Based Results"
5/5
What do you like best about InfrOS Platform?

InfrOS’s “IT Infrastructure Operating System” automates the cloud architecture lifecycle—from design and migration through ongoing optimization—saving an incredible amount of time and money compared with the typical trial-and-error approach. The team ensures success during onboarding and brings a unique perspective to further enhance your cloud strategy. The intelligence built into the platform gives hard evidence and predictability that I have not seen before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InfrOS Platform?

There are a few UX improvements the team is still focusing on that could make navigation and overall use more effective. The good news is that they’re very responsive to feedback and actively incorporate customer suggestions as they continue building a more intuitive, user-friendly experience. "InfrOS Makes Infrastructure Planning Collaborative and Consistent"
5/5
What do you like best about InfrOS Platform?

InfrOS has made infrastructure planning far more collaborative between our technical and operations teams. Having a shared interface means everyone can clearly follow architecture decisions, deployment plans, and cost considerations without needing long, drawn-out meetings. The 7-agent RAG engine has also helped us keep configurations consistent across our learning platforms, which has reduced deployment issues and improved overall reliability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InfrOS Platform?

The mobile experience feels fairly basic compared to the desktop version. It’s fine for quick updates and checking in on things, but for most planning and configuration work, it’s much easier to handle on a larger screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"InfrOS Keeps Engineering and Finance Aligned—With Consistent Infrastructure Decisions"
5/5
What do you like best about InfrOS Platform?

One of the biggest advantages of InfrOS is how it brings engineering and business teams onto the same page. Developers, architects, and finance stakeholders can review infrastructure decisions together in a single interface, which makes planning and alignment much more efficient. On top of that, the 7-agent RAG engine has done a great job reducing configuration drift, so decisions stay consistent as things evolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InfrOS Platform?

The mobile experience feels fairly limited compared to the desktop version. It’s handy for quickly checking updates, but for anything more detailed, I still find it better to use a computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"InfrOS Streamlined Our HIPAA-Compliant Terraform Migration with Smart AI Infrastructure Guidance"
5/5
What do you like best about InfrOS Platform?

We used InfrOS during a healthcare SaaS migration from on-premises infrastructure to a hybrid cloud setup, and it delivered excellent results. Being able to map HIPAA compliance requirements directly into Terraform code saved our security team a lot of manual work and reduced the back-and-forth that usually comes with compliance checks. I also appreciated the infrastructure recommendations for AI workloads, which helped us make more informed decisions about GPU resources and overall scalability as we planned the new environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InfrOS Platform?

Large-scale simulations can sometimes take a bit longer to run than I expect. Even so, the quality of the insights and recommendations I get in return makes the extra wait worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unified Infrastructure Collaboration with Consistent RAG Recommendations"
5/5
What do you like best about InfrOS Platform?

InfrOS has made it much easier for our engineering and operations teams to collaborate on infrastructure decisions. Having a shared interface gives everyone a clear, unified view of our architecture plans, costs, and deployment strategies, which keeps discussions aligned. I also appreciate how the 7-agent RAG engine produces consistent recommendations that have helped us reduce configuration drift across our environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InfrOS Platform?

The mobile experience still feels fairly limited. It’s fine for checking updates and staying on top of things, but most of the platform’s more advanced features are better used on a desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Production-Ready Infrastructure Plan—Fast, Clean, and Efficient"
5/5
What do you like best about InfrOS Platform?

The 7-agent RAG architecture advisory genuinely impressed me. InfrOS reviewed our security and scalability requirements very quickly and delivered a clean, well-optimized infrastructure plan that truly felt ready for production. What I appreciated most was how it avoided unnecessary complexity and stayed focused on efficient deployment, without piling on technical debt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InfrOS Platform?

Honestly, I haven’t run into any major issues so far. There’s definitely a lot going on inside the platform, though, so new users may need a bit of time to get comfortable and fully understand all of its capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simulation Lab Helps Validate Performance and Catch Bottlenecks Early"
5/5
What do you like best about InfrOS Platform?

The Simulation Lab has been one of the most valuable features for our team. Being able to validate infrastructure performance before spending money on provisioning resources is a huge advantage. In our testing, it surfaced a major bottleneck in our WebSocket cluster that our engineers had completely overlooked. Finding that issue early saved us time and helped us avoid potential production headaches later on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InfrOS Platform?

The reporting experience could be better. Exporting simulation results into clean, presentation-ready reports currently takes a few extra steps, and the overall process could be more streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate Pricing Simulator That Transforms Infrastructure Planning"
5/5
What do you like best about InfrOS Platform?

After years of working as a CloudOps consultant, I can say that InfrOS is one of the few platforms that genuinely changes how infrastructure planning gets done. Rather than discovering cost issues only after deployment, it helps you avoid them earlier, during the design phase. The pricing simulator is impressively accurate, and it let us compare multiple architecture options side by side with clear KPI expectations for each one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InfrOS Platform?

The platform is highly functional overall, but parts of the interface could benefit from a more modern, polished design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"InfrOS Accelerates Time to Market with Smart, Scalable Infrastructure Recommendations"
5/5
What do you like best about InfrOS Platform?

InfrOS has significantly reduced our time to market by automating a large part of the architectural design phase. It quickly produces structured infrastructure recommendations that strike a good balance between scalability, security, and deployment readiness, without introducing unnecessary complexity. Overall, the platform has been especially helpful in accelerating planning and keeping our DevOps workflows moving smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InfrOS Platform?

The library of pre-built templates could be expanded to better support more niche, industry-specific use cases. That said, the templates that are already available are very solid and do a great job covering most common infrastructure needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"InfrOS Stops Cloud Waste Early and Optimizes Resource Utilization"
5/5
What do you like best about InfrOS Platform?

What impressed me most is how InfrOS helps prevent cloud waste before resources are even deployed. Rather than reacting to unexpected costs once the monthly bill arrives, the platform flags inefficiencies early, during the planning stage. This proactive approach has helped our team make smarter infrastructure decisions, avoid unnecessary spend, and improve overall resource utilization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InfrOS Platform?

The agent-generated suggestions are generally helpful, but they occasionally need minor manual tweaks to better match our internal naming conventions and broader organizational standards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
